Welcome to AstroVeda. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern Your access to and use of the AstroVeda mobile application ("Service") operated by Axiom Leap ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not use the Service.

Definitions

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service.
  • Application refers to AstroVeda, the mobile application provided by the Company.
  • Company refers to Axiom Leap, Floor No.: FIRST FLOOR, Building No./Flat No.: PVP-3/583, Road/Street: Pattuvam, Locality/Sub Locality: Padiyotchal, City/Town/Village: Vayakkara, District: Kannur, State: Kerala, Country: India.
  • Content refers to text, images, audio, video, or other material posted, uploaded, or otherwise made available through the Service.
  • Service refers to the AstroVeda mobile application.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, You must create an Account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of Your Account credentials.
  • Promptly update Your Account information if it changes.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your Account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an Account. If You are under 18, You represent that You have Your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.

Use of the Service

AstroVeda provides astrology-related services including but not limited to:

  • Personalized horoscopes, birth charts, and numerology reports.
  • Live consultations with astrologers via chat, voice notes, and media sharing.
  • Educational content such as articles, courses, meditation music, and dream interpretations.
  • AI-powered astrological insights and guidance.

Disclaimer of Astrological Services

All astrological readings, predictions, and consultations provided through the Service are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They should not be considered as professional advice in areas such as medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any astrological reading or prediction. You acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at Your own risk.

In-App Purchases & Payments

The Service offers in-app purchases including:

  • Wallet recharges for consultation credits.
  • Subscription plans for premium features.
  • One-time purchases for specific services or content.

All payments are processed through Google Play's billing system. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund Policy

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policies. If You experience a technical issue that prevents You from receiving a purchased service, please contact us at support@astroveda.app and we will review Your request.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has been initiated by the astrologer.

User Conduct

When using the Service, You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Post or transmit any content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse astrologers or other users of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent Your identity or affiliation.
  • Share Your Account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to Your Account.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any of the Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.

User-Generated Content

By submitting Content through the Service (such as chat messages, images, or reviews), You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display such Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for any Content You submit and represent that You have the necessary rights to share such Content.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice, if You breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

You may delete Your Account at any time through the app settings or by visiting our Account Deletion page.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to Your use of the Service.

The Company's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount You paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur, Kerala, India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify You of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the Service and updating the "Last updated" date above.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
