How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your AstroVeda account and associated data, send an email to:

support@astroveda.app

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your registered phone number (with country code)
  • Your registered name on the app
  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - AstroVeda"

We will process your request within 7 business days of receiving your email.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verification of your identity, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Account profile — Name, phone number, email, date of birth, profile picture, and all personal details
  • Chat and consultation history — All messages, voice notes, images, and documents exchanged with astrologers
  • AI conversation history — All interactions with the Proxima AI assistant and stored memory
  • Wallet and transaction history — Wallet balance, recharge records, and payment history
  • Subscription data — Active subscriptions and purchase records
  • App usage data — Horoscope history, saved readings, dream journal entries, course progress, and engagement data

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records required for financial/tax compliance
  • Data necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose access to all your historical data, consultations, wallet balance, and subscriptions. Any active subscriptions should be cancelled through Google Play before requesting account deletion.
